A Saudi Arabian man has publicly made known that he enjoys executing people when given the opportunity to behead anyone. According to him, it doesn't matter who's involved, as long as his family is not a victim. He has been training people who also wishes to be like him over the years includinbf his own son who has no graduated from the execution training.
